(RETURNS / REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

* Order once placed cannot be cancelled. Please satisfy yourself with all the product details and make the payment to place order after making up your mind. Once order is placed and payment is made there is no way you can cancel your order.

*  We do not accept return of products for what ever reason. The products sold at PRINTZOOM.IN are custom made to your specifications and will be of no use for others. For this reason we do not accept returns. For example – Business cards printed with your name and address will be of no use for others.

* The manufacture process will start immediately after payment confirmation. Once the manufacture process is started we cannot cancel your order nor process refund of payment.

* Once order is placed and payment confirmed we do not Refund or cancel order for what so ever the reason

* If you find product physically damaged you must intimate us within 24 hours. We will first verify damaged product via electronic media(like a video call), and once satisfied we will initiate a pickup of damaged product and the amount equal to your order will be credited back to your account.

* If you do not agree with this policy, please do not place an order with us.
